When do you meet?

We aim to hold the meetings on Tuesdays near the beginning of the month. This will depend on our speaker's availability and being able to use the pub's room.

Who can come along?

The talk is open to everyone. It does not matter what you believe or if you a sceptic or not. Come along. Listen. Ask interesting questions. Enjoy a drink or two.

How much does it cost?

The talks are free, but we will pass round a hat and ask for £2 to pay for the speaker's travel and a meal for them. Any excess will be used to advertise, hire equipment etc. Thankyou for your donation.

When does the talk start?

We advertise 6.30pm. But most talks will not start until nearer 7.30 - 8ish. Come alongh early, reserve a seat and chat.

Where is the pub?

The Chequers can be a little hard to find. It is tucked down a little alley, just off the top of the High Street in the centre of town, opposite side of the road to the markets.
